GLANIVEA wants to make sure our customers have a positive buying experience on our website. We undertake to refund any designer purchase that turns out to be counterfeit. Before granting you a full refund, if you purchased your products online on our website, please visit our returns page for more detailed information on returns, and contact us for a return authorization number and other instructions on how to return.

Payment plan
Please be aware that by applying to the Payment Plan Program with GLANIVEA (us), you agree to allow us to use any and all means to recover any outstanding payments owed by you (the customer) to us, including operating subsequent credit or debit card transactions with insured and safely stored information. In our payment gateway (Authorize.net or others), and use contact information, billing, shipping, credit and credit card information for the same purpose.

Non-fulfillment request
There may be some instances where GLANIVEA is not able to meet the demand. This may be due to damage, loss, or other reasons for goods purchased prior to the shipment date. If GLANIVEA is unable to fulfill a request for any of the reasons mentioned above,GLANIVEA reserves the right to cancel the transaction. Your order will be fully refunded within the normal processing time frame. In addition, any commodity purchased that cannot be fulfilled will not be subject to a refund in excess of the specified amount of the order. By purchasing products on our website, you agree not to hold GLANIVEA responsible for any damages associated with an unfulfilled order.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a GLANIVEA product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price,GLANIVEA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.GLANIVEA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, GLANIVEA shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
